On arrival at Dalkeith Country Park, take your first left and follow the road down the hill until you pass the main house on your left. You will see a large stone bridge 200m in front of you. This is where a member of Team Primal will meet you.
We meet you on the main bridge at Dalkeith Country Park at 0930a.m and aim to start for 1000hrs. We aim to have you away for 0430p.m on our day courses.
Be sure to bring some comfortable warm clothing, hat and gloves during the colder months and a small daysack to store a waterproof jacket and any comfortable clothing should the weather turn. A good pair of hillwalking boots or similar are suitable for our 1 day course.
NO, food will be provided on the day. Unless you have a special dietary requirement (Inform a member of Primal) there are plenty of hot drinks, soup and bread. (Insects and berries can be provided on request)
Of course, as long as children are over 16 they can attend themselves. Any child under 16 has to be accompanied by an adult at half price.
