Primal Medicine – 16hr Wilderness First Aid Course

Primal Medicine – 16hr Outdoor Wilderness First Aid Course

This is a 16-hour course, delivered over 2 days, in partnership with Xtreme Emergency Training

The Outdoor First Aid course covers the long-term care of casualties in remote settings.  The course is suitable for anyone who has an interest in helping save and preserve life in an emergency, but may be of particular use to those working in the outdoor industry.

The course will also teach you how you may adapt and improvise treatments by utilising what nature can provide. For thousand’s of years our ancestors have been saving life using traditional healing methods. In an emergency utilising what nature can provide may mean the difference between life and death. Come and learn the skills on our interactive First Aid workshop as we discover which of our common wild plants are most useful in first aid situations.
